Great stroll, largely along hard surfaced tracks. Café at the Stables is worth a look, as are the second-hand books for sale there.
Loe Bar is spectacular on a windy day and a rising tide. But take note of the signs: this is most definitely not a swimming beach.

A stroll through the lovely gardens at Glendurgan. Numerous plants and spectacular trees. We were there when the magnolia were blooming and the display was amazing.
Allow at least ninety minutes if you like to stop and admire things, fifty for a less immersive visit.
