Start war am Wanderparkplatz Leupoldishain, direkt im Ort. Dann der Markierung folgen Richtung Spanghorn, oben schöner Blick auf die Festung, wieder abwärts zum Hauptwanderweg rechts halten, dann dem Weg(der sich teilt in drei Möglichkeiten) rechts oben folgen wieder zurück in den Ort bis kurz vor dem Parkplatz. Hier geht es nach links , der Markierung folgen zum Labyrinth. Das zieht sich nun etwas aber der Weg ist gut ausgebaut und geht bis zum Bach in Leupoldishain. Da gehts dann rechts weiter entlang der Dorfstraße. Am See gibt es einen hervorragenden Imbiss der Freitag bis Sonntag ab 11 Uhr geöffnet hat. War der Abschluss unserer Tour.

Wanderparkplatz in der Nähe der Schänke nutzen, Parkautomat, dann abwärts in die Schlucht, weiter zur Gaststätte Polenztal, dahinter links über die Brücke in den Schindergraben hinauf nach Hohnstein. Oben an der Kreuzung gehts rechts zum Brandt aber wir gehen nach links zur Burg Hohstein. Oben angekommen gibts den Pavillon mit einem guten Imbissangebot. dann weiter abwärts links an der Kirche vorbei wieder ins Tal, Strasse überqueren und wieder links ins Polenztal. Dort gehen bis zum Kohllichtgraben bergauf zum Parkplatz. Insgesammt hat unsere Tour mit Pausen ca. 6 Stunden gedauert.
