Very tough stage today.
Not so much because of the Col du Arles, which was predictable. Worse because of the lack of cycle-friendly paths south of Ripoll. In other words, there were no paths at all, only suitable in an emergency, but just steep and rocky hiking trails where we had to push/carry the bikes
