Mostly road but with a few bridal paths thrown in.
There's bit of a hump on his back, either because i went wrong or the bridal path i should have gone down looked particularly muddy and something my slick front tyre would struggle with lol.

Near perfect weather, perhaps a little cloudy at times. The breeze assistance from Porthleven to Hayle was certianly welcome.
Avoiding hills is not easy and there were a few but overall not too bad.

This is an alternative route from Redruth to and from Portheath.
Just one word of caution - the section 2.1 - 2.4 miles was a bit over grown with brambles and stinging nettles. I tool a few scratches to my arms.

Nice ride through mostly quiet back roads. Selected gravel ride but the route took me down some very tricky foot paths (not recommended). Replan routh to exclude foot paths.

A great ride, mostly off road. Next time I wouldn't go to Conner Downs on the way back and return the way I came.

Some long steep climbs gave this ride some teeth. Foot path after Restronguet had plenty of people gates which meant lifting to bike over. Best views will be with the tide in.

If you go to Port Navas try to time it with the tide in and a warm sunny afternoon and take a snack to eat there. It will be amazing. If you like punchy hills choose my route, they were endless lol.
