Mostly road but with a few bridal paths thrown in.
There's bit of a hump on his back, either because i went wrong or the bridal path i should have gone down looked particularly muddy and something my slick front tyre would struggle with lol.

Near perfect weather, perhaps a little cloudy at times. The breeze assistance from Porthleven to Hayle was certianly welcome.
Avoiding hills is not easy and there were a few but overall not too bad.

If you go to Port Navas try to time it with the tide in and a warm sunny afternoon and take a snack to eat there. It will be amazing. If you like punchy hills choose my route, they were endless lol.
