NatureCenter bike trail
I really enjoyed this ride more than any previous. Concrete path, slight inclines, and shady curves. Did 8 miles and that’s 2 miles further than my longest so far.

Been off bike several days, so this was rather cathartic. Pushed hard in some hills and maintained an 11.5 mph pace over distance of 6 mi. Increasing distance while increasing pace feels like double win.
I prefer evening rides but schedules are robbing my evenings, so looks like mornings are my new jam.
