After a nice and spontaneous bike ride to the Habichtswald Bike Park, we went to the Bergpark Lichter in the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in the evening with @Dieter.K 🚴♂️ 💨 🤘 and Christiane.
It was very crowded and busy but it was also very nice.

@MiKa had contacted me and asked for a joint tour through the Habichtswald. Spontaneously, as is sometimes the case, I agreed.
One of our goals was the bike park again where we rode down the flow trail naturally and quite naturally, which was a lot of fun again.

The meeting point was the Blumenweg hiking car park, from there we started towards the Herbsthäuschen where we met two more participants.

The first plan was a pit stop at my trusted bicycle dealer Ha and Pe in Gudensberg. After my shopping we went on to the oil mill and farm shop in Dorla.

Before the rehab, I did a little lap and captured beautiful moments combined with the basic strength exercises from the Quan Dao.

@Frank Bürger He went far away for a few days and set off on a journey along the Leine from Leinfelde to Bremen.
Today he started his journey back to beautiful northern Hesse by train 🚆 and so @Dieter.K 🚴♂️ 💨 🤘 and I thought we could pick him up and go on a little tour after the rehab.
