Es ist eine schöne Tour, die allerdings weite Strecken über Asphalt führt. Man darf außerdem nicht erwarten, die berühmte Mamdelblüte üppig zu erleben. Es gibt einzelne, sehr schön blühende Bäume. Doch sind die meisten Mandelplantagen Anfang der 20er Jahre dem Bakterium Xylella zum Opfer gefallen. Der Bestand erholt sich nur langsam.

Eine schöne Tour durch den Campo. Sie führt größtenteils über asphaltierte Wege. Die wenigen Pfade sind sehr schmal an einigen Stellen abbruchgefährdet. Nach starkem Regen könnten auch die beiden Querungen des Baches zum Problem werden. Kein Problem ist, dass man der Wanderroute kurz vor Benissa nicht nach links folgen kann. Man geht einfach geradeaus weiter und kommt auch ans Ziel. Der lange Anstieg auf dem Rückweg war für uns anstrengend.
