You can start at the St Peter's in the Forest bus stop (on route 20) but I started from Snaresbrook tube station. This is one of TfL's walking routes and I downloaded the .gpx file from the TfL website and also used the Jauntily app. The route is well-signposted throughout and is not tricky - it is just
There is a free car park in Alcampo (the big hypermarket), which is a convenient point to start and finish. There was a brief outage in the recording of this route near the start, but it's fairly obvious that you continue up Calle Londres until it ends, and then turn left onto Camino Minasierra.
