Much nicer way up/down than Google takes you. It is a walking/bike path the whole way.

This is the way Google took us up. However, the way we came down was much nicer, a walking/Bike path 90% of the way!

Parts of the trail are steep & rocky. The overnight rain made the rocks & leaves slippery. I would strongly recommend hiking poles or walking sticks. Great view at the top! You can see the two Piton mountains, and in the distance, St. Vincent! Don't forget to ring the bell!

Beautiful, peaceful hike, most of it covered by trees/shade. Hiked up on mostly forest service type roads. Came down on a trail that goes by the Chapel, the 12 stations of the cross, as well as numerous incredible wood carvings in tree trunks!
