Heading out from Milngavie this route starts through the woodland of Dougalston before heading up to Mugdock Country Park via the Mugdock Reservoirs.

You then follow the West Highland Way to Killearn (maybe taking a wee stop at Turnip The Beat for a coffee) heading up the paved climb to the village and

Following the River Ayr from Source to Sea, one of Scotland's Great Trails.



Variety of surfaces, turned into a circular route by using small tarmac roads from Sea to Source.



Note, the RAW path is predominantly a walking trail and therefore contains sections where riding is not possible due to stairs and gates.
