I'm a 5:00ish 5 km runner to give a baseline. Nice run with some big steep long drags that challenge. There's a few tweaks I'd make next time but largely easy to navigate.

Bit of a twist on the last walk I did from Crafers. Some short sharp climbs and the walk along waterfall gully road sucks a little bit compared to the rest... But a thoroughly enjoyable stamp through stunning countryside. And a little bit of a view in to the wildlife…

Crafers to Cleland Animal Park via Mt Lofty summit
Generally easy paths but a few steep stamps. Great view into the animal park from the perimeter.

Flagstaff Hill/Sturt Gorge
An exceptionally scenic walk with some good steep climbs. Be prepared to take shoes and socks off to cross the river in several places! Around knee deep. Need to be reasonably sure footed as a result.
