Masca is completely parked. Only with a lot of luck can you get a parking space in town.
If you are good on foot (and have sturdy shoes) you should park at the top of the Mirador de la Cruz de Hilda viewpoint and walk into town.
It's a nice route through gardens via El Turon and a short stretch of road to Masca, mostly on foot.
