For those who are inexperienced, the ascent without support (e-bike) will be challenging, especially the approx. 100 meters after the Köglalm 😉. From the highest point of the circuit, the following trail is not suitable for everyone but is easy to push and easy to ride again after approx. 1.5 km. I liked it...

The route is very easy to ride, except for the paths after the monastery ruins. If you don't like riding on very steep paths or if you are travelling through wet forest, you should avoid the paths. They can all be bypassed by wide forest/forestry paths... it takes a little longer 😉
