About johnccroom
I began training and the weight began to come off. One thing led to another when in 2016 I attended my first European Track Cycling 6 day in Italy and then in 2017 I won my first US National Championship. My career would be filled with tons of ups and downs as I would go on to win two more National Championships, Pan American Games, and secure a US National Record in the Team Pursuit.
In 2019, we (US National Team) would realize the points gap was too far out of reach for us to secure a spot to the 2020 Olympic Games - this was a huge blow being it was an event we had been working toward for the last 2.5 years.
This season (2020) I will be packing the van and heading to some of the biggest gravel, road and track cycling events all over the country and documenting the journey! I hope you will join me and Komoot for the ride!
