This was a great ride with cool temps and overcast skies to start, clear blue and warming by the end. The gravel had been thinned out and mostly concentrated in the center of the trails/roads, which made for better grip and less slip. We also had the time and freedom to learn some techniques from Martin and get More comfortable on the turns and downhills. The French bakery in Azeitão was almost empty by the time we got there, but there were still some delectables to nibble and some baguettes to bring home. Martin, Lotta, Maddy, Bob, Jeff

Nice walk; quite steep at points.. it's a well maintained mountain bike trail. View is a great reward but the first part of the return decent trail is very narrow, rocky and steep. Going up much nicer than going down..
