Na een aantal jaren met overgewicht gekampt te hebben en bijbehorende gezondheidskwaaltjes vond ik het begin 2020 welletjes geweest. Door weer te gaan sporten en minder en vooral gezonder te gaan eten, zou het moeten lukken die overtollige kilo's kwijt te raken. En het lukt. Van ruim 95 kilo naar net boven 80 kilo vind ik al een hele prestatie. Ik wandel, loop hard, en fiets op mijn recent aangeschafte racefiets. Ik sport zo goed als elke dag. Het is nu belangrijk dat ik het kan blijven volhouden. Mijn streefgewicht zal rond de 75 kg liggen. Maar misschien kom ik nog wel lager uit. Ik hoop hiermee ook een inspiratiebron te kunnen zijn voor anderen. Good luck!
