Walked from Rodborough Common in to Stroud via the canal. Steep slope at the start. We went on to Ebly before heading into Stroud itself. The indoor street food market was worth a visit. Great Falafal pitta. At the end our walk is Winstons Ice Cream palour.

We started at Standelone Farm, free parking just on the left as your turn into the farm entrance. Good food and drink once you get to Willian (check out The Fox).

Not as scenic as I thought when compared to walking into Stroud via the canal. You do pass Stroud Brewery which is accessible via the tow path. They have a bar and serve food. You also pass the Felt Cafe. Our walk ended at another cafe - the Lavender Tea Room. Great cakes, perfect before the walk back.
