We set off today in a small group in glorious hiking weather. The Moselle River is always a beautiful sight; you can hardly get enough of it. We were alone again for the last few kilometers, as we want to reach Trier tomorrow.

The Camino had already captivated me on the second day – vineyards, single trails, small towns! Today we briefly passed a tourist hotspot, Eltz Castle, but with so many people, we decided to move on.

Last day in Trier! After a pleasant stroll through the city, we attended mass in the cathedral. Afterwards, a visit to the Porta Nigra and the Basilica of Constantine was a lovely conclusion to our pilgrimage.
