Ballon Servance & Ballon d’Alsace
Ballon Servance is a very quiet climb on a narrow road. It runs through heavily wooded surroundings, which limits the views along the way. Unfortunately, the very last stretch of the climb was closed off. Descended on the south side and headed back via the Ballon d’Alsace.

"Sallands Steilste" sounds more intense than the route actually is. But apart from that a very beautiful route!! The Sallandse Heuvelrug was completely purple. Then the route mainly goes through agricultural area. Little traffic and excellent paths/roads.
