I did the guided East Coast/Cliffs tour with a group of 20 people. Nice round trip. I rode the MTB section between Dreiborn, Berescheid and Schönesseifen. It was OK with my trekking bike, but it shouldn't be ridden in the rain or after rain. It's also advisable to ride with wider tires. Otherwise, the rest of the route is asphalted.
