I have to correct something:
The actual distance covered is 11 km shorter because we took the train through the Tauern Tunnel. There is no other option here, unless you drive the Großglockner High Alpine Road and thus an additional 135 km and 2,800 meters of elevation gain. 🤷😅

The ascent to the Gindelalm from Schliersee and the descent towards Tegernsee is very steep and the trail condition should be classified more as an S2 trail.
Therefore, it is only reasonably manageable with an MTB and safe downhill riding.
Otherwise, it is a very beautiful tour scenically.
