Beautiful beautiful vineyards. Lots of different trails for hikers, cyclists and strollers. Great views, good air, calm.

Such a gorge hike can be recommended to everyone. Especially on hot days it is better here than anywhere else. :-)
BUT: be careful drivers! Very dangerous way to get there! The path is only designed for one direction of travel! Very dangerous! Even on a sunny day! The way there can spoil the mood all day! Do not drive further than the starting point on my route is indicated. But there is space for a maximum of 3 cars and super tight for turning around when the spaces are occupied. (Like all the way)
Otherwise, it is better to park down in the village and get there by bus (probably free with a guest card).
Otherwise the road continues down to the beginning of the Alploch Gorge. Where the bus goes. You can turn around better, but not park.In the area there is the Rappenloch Gorge and Alploch Gorge. Both are beautiful. Above all, the Alploch Gorge is definitely worth visiting!August 26, 2020

Nice circular hike from Forellenhof over the Echazqwelle to Lichtenstein Castle. Be careful with the alpine path! You have to go another way. The alpine path is only closed on one side, but it is quite dangerous. We had fun, but it is definitely not suitable for the children. Otherwise there are many other beautiful paths there.
