I use an e bike but believe me I do peddle hard at times.

A great mini trek with my son - thanks for the recommendation. I usually plan my own circular walks but ran oit of ideas if the day. So checked out the lovely routes on Komoot - very satisfied . Thank you.

On the 6th April 2024 I got the train with bike from home to Petersfield. I then road from the train station via public roads to the Sustainability Centre on the SDW (where I left off back in 2017 - due to injury). I then road on the SDW all along covering around a total of approx' 40 miles to get to

A great ride out incorporating A259. outskirts of Chichester City, ancient route, old canal, stone paths, tarmac and mud with the cool windy but dry grey day with great company and coffee breaks.

I completed this interesting cycle route on Sunday, 14th January 2024. I couldn't record it as I was following the navigation. I made about 6 wrong turns but corrected quickly. A good heart pumping ride up those hills enroute....and lovely whizzing down. Near the end there was intermittent flooding along

A great ride out with my son today in Eartham and Slindon. Maiden Voyage for my son and his new bike. Though I used my e-bike I had it set on Eco, the lowest assisted power setting on most of the journey, apart from some areas that we had to walk.

A lovely autumnal walk with my brother and son. Rain at first and limited views by the time we got to the windmill.
The weather improved and views more visible southward walking to of hills northward from Tinwood vinyard. We popped in there for coffee (takeaway) and carried on with the route.
