6hrs Ran out of water, collapsed for 2hrs when got home to regain enough energy for climbing the stairs for a shower!
Nice route new areas of forest seen :-)
Really really steep track down!! Rob almost over handle bars as so steep!! Speeeed :-) had to grab onto trees and plants to pull self and bike back
