Nice round tour from The John Selden Pub, Salvington. Taking in Cissbury Ring, Chanctonbury ring, Kithurst hill and Angmering woods. Lots of up and down hills. Went slightly wrong when i got to the new housing estate at Durrington, I needed to use a footpath instead of the road.
