We had a long journey but a great tour with a cool guide! His surprise was absolutely a success and the flow trail sections were the top hammer. MEEGAAA! 🤘As a precaution, the guide had 2 BOSCH batteries with him as a reserve.
My hardtail and I had enough power of our own and brought 2 out of 5 bars home.
The entire tour had a good 1200 m of ascent and went up and down a mighty 38 km.
In the end we were rewarded with the quite new bike park:
      "FLOW TRAIL".
8 sections where we got our money's worth.
The photos are from our video sequences ... (As always, thank you very much - don't forget the copyright of course ..... 😁)Videos of our previous tours are already on my website:

Tricky home trails and up to Schopketal always up and down ....Stairs must not be missing:
      The "famous" Lämershagen stairs.
As well as all the stairs that are otherwise on the route.
      😊
Residual battery: 2/5 bars (400 Wh Active Line Plus, 50 nm)The photos are from our video sequences ....Here is an excerpt from a similar tour I did recently:

Great weather and great team! The entire tour had an altitude of 1000 m and went up and down a mighty 34 km.We HardTailers tried to keep our rhythm, because the roots in the Wiehengebirge always take the speed out of you.The photos are from our video sequences .... (video follows)

This time as a top team in the quartet:
Visited the Emperor again and jetted "Peter" through the "roller coaster".
There were a lot of demanding mountain stages + rooty trails + blatant sinks + long stairs + nasty downhills + high jumps. With my HardTail I was ready to fight for (almost) any challenge - especially if you are not alone at this level. (Lion power!)
Big thanks to LCSnake for the video material.

The photos are from mine and LCSnake's video sequences.

In the Bielefeld city area you can find small alleys or even small parks to drive through in many places, so some of them are built into this tour and towards the end, I found a great way to cycle through the forest. The first 26 kilometers of my planning can be driven quickly and completely without MU.
From Lämershagen it goes over forest paths and partly gravel slopes, so it gets rough and then I switch to ECO. (this smallest stage of the ACTIVE LINE PLUS motor is enough for me)
Despite everything, I did not have to drive the rest of the way with MU and drove the easy passages again without a motor. Here is the ECO route from the other day:

The goal was the coffee grinder in Halle / Westphalia and a speed record attempt from a year ago. (hello Christof and Olli)Of course I tried to drive in ECO mode on the whole trip, but had to switch to TOUR mode on some strenuous mountain climbs. At least I even drove 10 km without MU (ACTIVE LINE PLUS) - wherever it was possible.

Now my 400 Wh battery shows 2 bars remaining.
From the average speed you can see that we are not TURBO drivers! The photos are from my video sequences. On my website is the video of this tour and a similar tour:

      In addition to forest, asphalt!
      😁✌
Here is a video from the last session:
Bielefeld doesn't just have the Kesselbrink to have fun cycling.
In many parks and in the city there are stairs and walls to let off steam. 😁

Question of the day to me:
"Can I do all the mountains (*) in ECO mode"?
      The tour itself was awesome.
Each mountain section had great up and down trails and some stone + root passages, but also breathtaking views over OWL.
I like to climb and challenge my e-hardtail, despite the "city bike engine" and Torsten is not deterred by the weak engine (only 50 Nm).We don't stack (ager) n, but step (basin) to the top of the Hermann (sberg). The highest goal was 365 meters in altitude and could be mastered with our own muscle power in connection with motor support. The descents were sometimes quick and careful to drive and extremely exciting every time. (sometimes narrow, sandy, dusty, stony and steep, sometimes sloping)There were berms and jumps here and there. From Single Trail S0 - S2 everything was there. The photos are from my video sequences and here is the video:

      Mountain information:
      Tönsberg (333 m)
lies in the middle of Oerlinghausen.
There are no tricky trails to climb here because hiking trails have been created for tourism.
It is more exciting for MTBr around it or below the top main path.
      Stapelager mountains (365 m)
is located above the "Bienenschidt" in a pile.
There is a wide hiking trail below the mountaintop, but if you like it more challenging, choose the narrow rocky path to the top and be rewarded with a breathtaking view over the country.
      Hermannsberg (364 m)
rather unknown, it lies between Augustdorf and Hörste.
Direct paths to the mountain top are extremely steep and rocky, but there are long passes that meander beautifully through these mountains.
      Hörster mountain (308 m)
Snakes slightly down towards the Dörenschlucht.

      NOTE:
Komoot has had new activities and categories for some time:
E-bike and even MTB enduro, including the corresponding symbol.
On this mountain tour, my E-MTB selection fit because I also needed the stronger motor support.

Otherwise, I prefer to drive in ECO mode or even without MU to move with my own leg strength.

The TrailGround in Brilon has interesting viewing areas and sights all over the area, but we were much more interested in the route itself. All routes are signposted. (*)The trails are well laid out so that they are easy and easy to ride for beginners and advanced. Even roots, small jumps and tight bends are great to drive.
Most of the uphill passages were visually very beautiful, while others almost had hairpin bends, but not quite as narrow.
Stones and roots could be rolled over everywhere.
The downhills were not too steep and, depending on your skill level, could be driven quickly.
Furthermore, the weather was great and you can meet nice people. The last piece in the 3rd TrailGround part (RED) was not particularly exciting, although it was an optically beautiful and demanding uphill, but the descent was rather meager. The route photos come from my video sequences.

To the highest point of the route

      3B = RED
      Three mountains (17.3 km; 505 m):
The longest route with a good 17 kilometers leads over all trails in the TrailGround®:
