Mostly signposted as mtb route 6. Quite a lot of technical, rocky sections on the Gree ridge are at least red grade. MTB only and rider able to handle technical rocky sections. A great ride.

Start in Rosedale abbey or at Bank Top.
2x cafes, pub in Rosedale Abbey.
Very steep climb down from Bank Top - quite tricky in places. Wonderful rewarding views of almost perfect glacial valley, and perhaps the worlds hilliest golf course!
The route up from Thorgill bank fades out into following the banks

Easy terrain , really nice exploring ride. 10 miles on greenway with wonderful scenery to malestroit, which is a beautiful place, then another 10 on the canal path, also very beautiful. The rest is quiet roads and gravel tracks, no technical riding.
