Start Downtown Los Gatos (Parking is no problem) and enjoy a nice ride up to Kennedy Trailhead. On typical fire-roads the climb begins and gets tougher the further up you go.
You'll mostly ride fully exposed to the sun and it may get very hot: most enjoyable in the morning or evening hours.
