This walk starts in Hathersage. Make sure that you either start or finish in the cafe above the Outdoor shop.
There is a car park near to the town centre behind the fire station.
Walk from the centre of the town up the valley to the ridge we walked from trig point to trig point along Stanage Edge

We started at Duckpool Car park where a coffee from the van in the carpark is a given (get to the car park early as it fills quickly in the summer) then walked the coastal path to Morwenstow a must is to stop for a drink and snack at the Rectory Tea rooms. The GPS was flakey on the way so only tracked the return journey.

If you are at The Camping and Caravanning Club site this is a must do there and back walk along the canal to see the Locks up the Caen Hill
A must do stop is the Cafe at the top of the locks for a hot drink and a scone, jam and cream
Then a wander around Devizes town centre

A short walk along Stanage Edge
Park at Hooks Carr Carpark and follow the path to the top of the escarpment. Once at the top you have finished the hardest part of the walk the rest of the walk is pretty level apart from the walk over the rocks
