Partito da Pietrabuona asfalto fino a Medicina, mentre arrancavo sull'asfalto in salita perché mi sono vestito troppo, ciclisti "da strada" mi passavano come se fossi una foca sulla spiaggia. Per fortuna dopo Medicina parte lo sterro e comincio a sentirmi a mio agio.,La forestale con fondo quasi sempre buono arriva fino al Battifolle. La cima fa un po' schifo per me, una vera cima non c'è, ho scavalcato anche 4 recinti x vedere cosa c'è sulla cima ma sono rimasto deluso, poco panorama per gli alberi, unica cosa certa è il Metanodotto! Caffè al rifugio Uso di sotto con bel camino acceso, in discesa i Trail Trincea, 7 bello e 4 salti in padella. Ciao
