Kurze Wanderung durch Varna
Man sollte Varna - der drittgrößten Stadt Bulgariens - durchaus mehr Zeit schenken, was leider nicht möglich war.
Daher ist der kleine Rundgang nicht mehr als eine Art Stippvisite geworden.
Historisches verbindet sich mit der Moderne und es ist schon erstaunlich wie groß diese Stadt geworden ist.

Rundgang durch Nessebar
Nessebar ist UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen der Altstadt, die auf einer Landzunge liegt, werden von Ruinen byzantinischer Festungen und Bäder gesäumt. Eine Vielzahl von Kirchen zeugt vom multikulturellen Charakter der Stadt, die im Verlauf der Jahrhunderte mehrfach den Besitzer wechselte.

Vom Bhf. Oberwiesenthal nach Haltepunkt Vierenstraße
Nach gestriger Piste war heute Loipe angedacht. Leider lag in den unteren Lagen nicht genug Schnee. Alternativ bei Sonnenschein und frostklarer Luft eine Wanderung vom Bhf. Oberwiesenthal nach Haltepunkt Vierenstraße durchgeführt.

Einmal um die Müritz
Eine Tour der Superlative: Traumwetter, unzählige Versorgungspunkte und Badestellen. Abwechsungsreiche Landschaft über Felder, durch Wälder und oftmals in der Nähe der Müritz. Beeindruckende Altstädte in Waren und Röbel.

Today's tour was a special one, one I haven't yet included in my repertoire of outdoor activities.
First, I took the MS Mönchgut passenger ship from Göhren via Sellin and Binz to the chalk cliffs, i.e., to the legendary Königsstuhl. Thanks to the excellent visibility, I could even see as far as Cape Arkona

An entertaining tour through Mönchgut. Idyllic villages and diverse landscapes. Since I've been there several times, I didn't take many photos. The highlight was enjoying a delicious fish soup in Groß Zicker 😉

At 35°C, hikes aren't so exciting. But a (brief) visit to the palace complex at Knossos was still a must. I've ridden this route many times, so everything is very familiar. This tour, however, was a tour of superlatives: the weather was excellent, not too cold and not too warm, but pure 🌞. And everything is green, and the air is filled with the amazing scent of flowers...🚲🤗
