About six years ago, I started the project "Exploring the former narrow-gauge railway from Ittersbach to Pforzheim." A fair amount of research was required. I also found some clues at @Tom. And together with him, I was able to complete the project to my satisfaction.

That's quite an appealing route for a trolley! And the vehicle looks serviceable, too. To avoid it, you'd have to lift the trolley to the side, I think.
