        The fountain consists of four lying and standing secondary figures on the edge of the basin, which are lined up around the main figure of Duke Otto I of Wittelsbach on the central pillar. The smaller standing figures on the edge of the basin show the deities Ceres with ears of corn in their hair, Vulcan holding up a bundle of lightning, Neptune with the trident and Juno with the peacock, and with their attributes symbolize the four elements of earth, fire, water and air.
