A plaque at the bottom of the bronze monument describes the life of Johanne Henriette Marie Müller. The diagnosis "cretinism" in congenital hypothyroidism or iodine deficiency did not exist at that time. This led to their short stature and intellectual underdevelopment.

Henriette Müller is considered a Hamburg original, but just like the Hummel, the originality of the Lemon Jette does not stand for success, but for a dreary outsider existence. By combining illegitimacy, poverty and disabilities in one person, the Lemon Jette was relegated to the fringes of society.
