The Lukaskapelle is a Gothic church from the 15th century, which has survived almost 530 years without conversion. Its 32 m high gothic pointed helmet towers over the Schöllkrippener center and is considered a landmark of the Schöllkrippen market.
The last two major measures for the decoration of the chapel St. Luke were the installation of new windows, they come from the hand of the famous painter Siegfried Rischar from Aschaffenburg, and a way of the cross in bronze by the artist Hermann Kröckel.
