Heading towards Lio Piccolo from the Saccagnana Canal, it is inevitable to pass through Prà di Saccagnana, a small square dominated by two main buildings: the church of S. Maria del Carmine (slightly hidden) and the Zanella manor house.

The oratory of S. Maria del Carmine is a seventeenth-century building erected on a strip of land that emerged during the second half of the thirteenth century. The first news of a chapel was found in a notarial deed of 1623. In another document we find a proposal for the Prà "a small church facing south", from here it is explained how the orientation was dictated by a view of the Saccagnana Canal , an important artery for lagoon traffic. Over the years, the devotion to the cult of the inhabitants had lost some of its initial purity. Only after the first post-war period there was a resumption of the events connected with the Carmelite feast. This anniversary is still celebrated today in the second week of July. The last restoration of the church dates back to 2014.

The Zanella manor house is also a seventeenth-century building, it stands on three floors and the main facade is dominated by a staircase. Despite having undergone some interventions of volumetric unification over time, the house retains the original formal characteristics. Numerous families succeeded in the possession of this building. Count Trevisan was the last owner of the entire Prà village; with the Bergamo family first, and then with the current Zanella family, the property has undergone multiple divisions. In the spring of 1996, the conservative restoration of the entire building began.
