Agriturismo Le Saline is a historic company that was founded around 1860 by the Armenian Mechitarist Fathers, still living on the island of San Lazzaro. It is spread over about 8 hectares between the inlets of the lagoon, with the cultivation of vegetables (peas, salads, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, cabbages, caps), wheat and hay for animals (steers, pigs and poultry). Here there are also fish farming activities (boseghe, fox, eels, shrimps, sea bass and sea bream). For those who love contact with unspoiled nature, this area of the lagoon is a fascinating route, full of hidden and solitary corners, between sandbanks, fishing valleys and vegetable gardens.

Agriturismo Le Saline offers catering service by reservation (from Thursday to Sunday). On the menu, vegetables and cold cuts of own production, pasta with fish sauce and mixed fried salt marshes (sardines, sardines, sfogi, go, moi, bums, anguee, schie).
