The Leopold-Figl-Warte is an observation tower on the 494 m high Tulbinger Kogel northwest of the village of Tulbingerkogel in the municipality of Tulbing in Lower Austria. It is located on the pre-alpine long-distance hiking trail and on the Great Tullnerfeld circular hiking trail.
The control room, named after Leopold Figl, was built in reinforced concrete in 1966/67 according to a design by Clemens Holzmeister and can be reached in ten minutes on foot from the Berghotel Tulbingerkogel. On a clear day you can look north over the Tullnerfeld to the Weinviertel. The south view is severely restricted by tall trees.

At the expense of the Austrian Mountain Association, a control room was built at this location as early as 1897, the top platform of which (at least in 1906) offered a wonderful panoramic view. This control room on the Tulbingerkogel had replaced an old observation frame.
