If you have time, just briefly climb the tower of the new church (376 steps) and you will have a wonderful view. When visibility is good you can even see the dunes.
The tower of the new church in Delft is the second largest church tower in the Netherlands.
There is a market every Thursday in the square between the new church and the so-called town house.
Combining everything is highly recommended.

Beautiful place with all those old buildings with the town hall and church as big showpieces. Also with all those catering an ideal place for a lunch during your walk/bike ride. Enough choice! Extra nice to stroll around here on Thursdays and Saturdays when there is a market

A large market square in the city center and the tourist heart of Delft. The view from the top of the "new" church tower is truly breathtaking. The climb costs €7 for adults. Highly recommended, but not for those with claustrophobia and/or a fear of heights. The staircase is narrow, as are the viewing balconies, which also have rather low railings.
