Very worthwhile destination. Delicious food and very nice landlords. Also nice to stay overnight! We spent 2 nights in a bunk bed 5-bed room, which offers a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The best way to enjoy it is from the porch swing. Everything is new, super clean and really nicely done. Toilet upstairs in the room, downstairs in the house showers like in the hotel.
Great place to stay on the Lechweg that runs through Elbigenalp. You only have to plan that the hut is about 300 meters above the village and that it takes almost an hour to climb up. However, you can also book the shuttle up and down, which is really fun. 😁 Attention: Tuesdays are rest days and nobody in the house.
