Sobre Neu-eine-Stunde
Seit Ende 2020 sind nun die hier aufgezeichneten Wanderungen ersichtlich.
Bis Ende 2025 werden dann wohl gegen 7'000 km zusammengekommen sein. Mir ist aber auch bewusst, dass andere das noch um ein Vielfaches toppen. Für mich ist es aber doch erstaunlich. Im 22 bin ich etwa 75 km pro Monat gewandert (= ca. Zürich - Konstanz), an 15 Tg/ Mt. im Schnitt, 2023 69 km/ mt. 2024 61 km an 18 Tg./ mt.
Und auch Hippokrates meinte damals schon:
"Gehen ist des Menschen beste Medizin" Schon 7'000 Schritte = 1 Std. täglich verringern das Sterberisiko um 50 %.
Und was ist das beste "Fitnessgetränk", bzw. gehört in jeden Wanderrucksack?
