The karst spring "Blue Eye" is the most water-rich spring in Albania. Access is no longer permitted. There is a large parking lot (0-3 hours 200 leks, 3-4 hours 300 leks, 8-24 hours 800 leks - how much it costs 4-8 hours is not clear), and the walk to the spring costs 50 leks (less than 50 cents).
