Today we walked along sandy paths through heathlands, some of which were still blooming, and (due to the weather) dark forest sections. As a reward, we were treated to a delicious buckwheat cake 😁☕.
We started at the Oberohe stop and headed for Oldendorf. Tomorrow, the final leg to Celle follows.

Equipped with plenty of provisions from the local butcher at the starting point, we set off on the fourth stage of the Habichtswaldsteig, following the usual mix of trails. This provided a new perspective on the Edersee and the dam. The trail markings were present throughout.
