A hike through the gorge, which was opened to tourists over 100 years ago, is an unforgettable experience for all. Because the Höllentalklamm offers a unique, bizarre landscape and presents a great insight into the forces of nature. Canyons of up to 150 meters depth, countless waterfalls, huge rocks and ice, as well as winding paths, bridges, bridges and tunnels invite you to an optical adventure.

opening hours

The Höllentalklamm is accessible only in the snow-free season. Depending on the weather, the gorge will be opened in May and closed again at the end of October. For up-to-date information, please refer to the information on the website of the German Alpine Association.

Since the Höllentalklamm lies directly between two ridges and lead from both sides in each case 3 large avalanche areas in the gorge and snow masses of up to 70m height have been measured, a visit of the gorge in winter is unfortunately completely excluded.
