Beautiful, but ultimately strenuous ascent from the Furkelpass (approx. 500 meters in altitude, approx. 2 hours). Great view of the Enneberg Dolomites and over towards Geisler. From the Scharte it is another 40 minutes up to the Piz da Peres and it takes about the same time to reach the beautiful Hochalmsee, which is in an easterly direction.
