    In good weather, a beautiful place for sunrise, for early risers it is absolutely worth it! I have already observed many beautiful sunrises here, once there were even clouds of fog above the Kerstlingeröder field.

                The Kerstlingeröder field is home to an enormous biodiversity. Since a large open area was used for a long time for military purposes, but not for agriculture, many of the original plant communities have been preserved. In addition to numerous rare plants, over 50 species of birds and more than 400 species of butterflies have been identified here. It's worth just lingering and watching.
