Good food at acceptable, but not cheap prices.
Reservation for dinner recommended.
According to their website you can buy mainly regional products in the affiliated health food store. Our impression was different. Nevertheless, there is an interesting offer there.
Also interesting is the information board in front of the entrance about the history of the mill.

The Brücker Mühle impressed me several times:
- During floods (e.g. in February) the mill can be completely surrounded/washed by the ohmic floods that reach up to the terrace door of the café.
- It's hard to imagine that this little bridge was hotly contested in a French/English war 250 years ago. This is truly historic ground.
