A historical place - especially from the time of the Cold War. The Berlin Wall Trail runs directly along the north side of the bridge and reveals a sad part of the history of the German division by means of a commemoration point. Then the mood in the early morning hours of autumn or spring is mystical when the fog rises from the Teltow Canal.

Here, the heathland is more or less closed off by pruning remains. You can bypass the barriers, but they have obviously been built there with a purpose. Therefore, you better change the route guidance and take a parallel path.
