The GRASSI Museum of Applied Arts in Leipzig is a municipal institution and is one of the three museums in the Grassi complex (along with the Museum of Ethnology and the Museum of Musical Instruments). After the Kunstgewerbemuseum Berlin, it is the oldest Kunstgewerbemuseum in Germany; his collections are among the most important in Europe.

The Grassi Museum, opened in 1874 as the second arts and crafts museum ever (!), since 1925/29 at this location, in a beautifully restored Art Deco, collects treasures of "commercial art" from Art Nouveau, Bauhaus to today! (No, even older pieces (Roman)) - Don't miss it! That's great!
