It is a superb pass at an altitude of 2,500 m, with a panorama of the Dent du Ratier, the Rochebrune, the Font Sancte and the Croseras ridges.

After a long ascent you reach the Col de Furfande at 2,500 meters. Great view up here. If you're in the mood for cool drinks and snacks, you'll find them at Refugio de Furfande. An easy downhill trail spits you out right there - just a few minutes from the col.

The Furfande Pass offers spectacular views. The horizon opens onto the Arvieux valley, the Izoard pass, the Arpelin and the Lasseron. We can also see the Côte Belle crest while in the foreground the Plate crest is peeking out.
